| Before we can quote the cost of your house clearance we need to have an accurate idea of the size and type of items that you need clearing. For small, easy to describe house clearances or single items we may be able to offer a precise cost without visiting you, or for full house clearances or commercial clearances we will arrange a visit. |

| Step 2 - Quote |
| We always provide a complete price before starting the job, we don't like hidden extras and we are sure you don't either! We may need to visit you to be able to provide an accurate price. If you have any items that you think may have value, one of our expert advisors can provide you with a free valuation. If you are happy with the price it will be credited to your final quote. |

| Step 3 - Book |
| Let us know your available dates and we can book you in, it is always best to book your house clearance at least a week in advance so we can guarantee a date that suits you. You can book via telephone or email. |

Typical costs are £180.00 per tonne of waste, extra chargeable items include televisions, mattresses, fridge/freezers and electrical items. You can be rest assured that there will be no nasty hidden charges as these costs will be included in your full and free no obligation quotation. |
