How can you offer such a competitive price?
Our efficient and streamlined service means we get the job done quickly and professionally which keeps the costs down to a minimum. You can also take advantage of our buy back service which pays you for items of value. We are honest with our pricing and we only charge for the work we complete. We never charge you any more than the standard local disposal fees as set by your local council. Current prices can be checked online by visiting your local councils waste and recycling web page. Average costs in the UK are currently £180 per tonne.
Is there a booking fee/deposit?
For clearances in our main service area we do not require an advance booking fee. For bookings outside of the South West area we will require an advance fee of 25% which will be credited against your final bill.
Do you charge for quotations?
We never charge for quotations or valuations, ever.
Do you remove single items?
We are more than happy to remove single items, prices start from £35.00, book today.
What areas do you cover?
Our primary service area is in the South West although we can go further afield should you wish to take advantage of our BUY BACK SERVICE.

Why do you need to visit for a quotation?
To give the most accurate quotation we will need to get a good understanding of the work required. As we always offer a full and final price before we start work it is important we know everything that needs clearing including garages and sheds etc.
What if a quotation visit is not possible?
We understand that sometimes a pre-visit is not always possible. If this is the case we will work on an hourly rate basis plus disposal costs. We will aim to offer a minimum and maximum cost for you and we will confirm the final price on the day before work begins.
Do you clear commercial and large properties?
There is no job too large or too small. We are happy to provide a free quotation no matter the size of you clearance.
Do you remove hazardous goods?
We are not insured to carry or dispose of hazardous materials including asbestos and other hazardous waste material. It is good practice to hire a specialist company to remove the hazardous items in advance. Doing this separately to the rest of the clearance will keep your costs down.
Will you clean up?
We offer a full attic to cellar deep clean service and also carry out light maintenance task. In some cases we can prep for builders, in other cases we can clean for market or rental. We offer a bespoke service to meet your exact needs.
Do you recycle?
Yes we recycle as much as possible. Recycling is always the cheapest and most responsible form of disposal of your unwanted goods. We don't just recycle, we can even resell the items for you using our BUY BACK SERVICE.
